    A little busy was a Sunday so there were a lot of families enjoying the great meals they had on their menu. A little loud but I enjoy the laughter of small children,being a grandfather. Plus they give senior discount. A 5 minute wait was worth it. My waiter was friendly and Johnny on the spot.

    Ordering takeout was a breeze. They have a great variety. Staff is quick, and efficient, extremely helpful and polite.

    Fair service. Food tasted good. Presentation of food could have been better. Please butter our toast! Coffee kind of weak this time. When did IHOP get so expensive? $45 for breakfast for only 2 people? 2 extra sides, 1 of toast, 1 of hash browns. But still $45? Like their menu so probably will be back.

    Very clean, staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Did not have to wait , I was seated in about 5 mins. Awesome service.
