Food is amazing!! That's all I have to say! Definitely worth the visit. Just as the food is great, the customer service is as well. Out of all the times I had visited, my food has never been delivered cold.
Update: after this review, I’ve been to bj like 5 times, food was cold, they forgot my girls and my waters, food tasted weird, the servers were rude. I cut them some slack a couple times and gave this place a more chances because we thought it would be a one time thing. Me and my girl literally averaged coming to this place 4 times a month. But they need to step their game up. Not coming soon.

The food is good. The service is slow. The prices are I. That's why I only give them three stars. For high prices you should get good quick service and they just can't seem to make that happen even though they've been open for about 5 years. Come on guys get a clue

Always busy, but usually not too bad. Last night, it took forever to get basics out of the way; drinks and ordering. First, they didn't have a beer we wanted. Next, all out of tri-tip. Each time, the waitress took our order, left for a while, and then came back to let us know we needed to make another selection. Ten long minutes later, we got our new beer, but no glass. Flagged her down, asked for a glass. While waiting, our meal arrived. First drink of beer was easily 20 minutes after we placed the first order. This was also the first time I ever got my meal before my beer.

OK is in a strip mall. Was promptly seated despite how busy it was. Server told us about the specials that day. The place is very big and clean. Hamburger was big and tasty very moist. Fries were crisp and not over salted. Salad was good and tasty. My burger also was good and hot. Will definitely be back to try other dishes.
