Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Love the pizza but we have ordered the hand made bread a couple of times recently and they substitute for the bread made in the shape of the pizza. We don't like that kind. It shouldn't be available on the online menu if they don't have it. Tried to call to get it fixed and the employee was rude and short and hung up before we were done talking. Tried to call back and it rang forever. Tried again and they finally answered and his response was call me back I have customers and he hung up. Really, what am I? I think I'm a customer too. Obviously needs some training on customer service.

Awesome place. Always have my pizza done super fast and if I forget to call ahead it only ever takes them a few minutes to throw it together for me. Always bakes great at home. Always delicious. Thanks guys and gals!

Great deal, cheap! People who answer the phone are kind and helpful, I've never been put on hold. Fast service too! Always ready within 15-20 minutes, they've had it done in 10 when we didn't call in.
