Everything tastes fresh and delicious, I love the nachos with pork, the salsa verde, and the burritos. The stuffed yams are also a rather unique and popular, delicious offering. Great spot for kids out back on a sunny day!

(January 3, 2019, 8:38 pm)Papas and Pollo is a great local family owned California style Mexican restaurant. Mellow family vibe with beer garden and TVs for watching sports. The food is excellent and they use quality ingredients. This place deserves a visit or two or three.

(December 14, 2018, 7:18 pm)Yum yum yum my fave. Loved the stuffed yams and I hate tofu but their tofu is so good! Try the burritos too they toast the tortilla so it has some crispness. Their salsa recipe seems to change or maybe one time it was made wrong cause it goes back and forth between being awesome and just ok. I'm bummed they charge for Chips now, but they're so worth it!
