Tasca Tasca - Portuguese Tapas and Wine Bar

Would give this place a higher rating if only looking at food quality. The duck, lamb stew, and Mac and cheese were all quote good and prices per plate were reasonable. Primary problems are that we had two waiters, neither of which were particularly knowledgeable or attentive. Additionally, items ordered in groups and items ordered as one off have different pricing structures which doesn't make any sense.

It was $10 for the sangria and the taste was amazing - literally the best sangria I ever had! It was perfectly delicious and very high quality. I would have ordered another if it wasn’t so expensive!

The sliced duck breast was very tender and delicious; the fried salted cod, definitely yummy. The rice pudding had good flavor but was kind of dry - it needed more moisture. We had the fried potatoes with cheese but the aioli sauce tasted somehow off, and the potatoes needed to be cooked a tad bit more.

The escargot was served in a mini skillet, it was very tasty and had lots of garlic and butter so we ordered extra bread to sop it up. My sister's daughter was a little upset that we ordered such a yucky thing as escargot and declared she wasn’t going to eat it, but we made her try a taste and then it was over! She kept eating it and saying how good it was lol. Their Mac and Cheese was tasty, good and basic. Their mini pork sliders were extra yummy and tender. The best thing on the plate!

The service was very good and the food came out pretty fast

portuguese food and the atmosphere here is super good. this place is absolutely one of my favorites. i had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here.

You get to choose 3 items for around 16 bucks, just keep in mind the portions are small. It is good if you want to sample different portugese style foods but not if you are looking to chow down. Food was pretty good quality. Come here for a late night snack or some eats before heading elsewhere is my recommendation.

portuguese food at this spot - super tasty. definitely one of the best places in the area. service treated us so nice. bring your appetite because portions are large.
