    Good sushi at a reasonable price, one of our go-to spots for a nice dinner

    Ume Japanese Bistro in Windsor has excellent food prepared and served very professionally. I had the salmon fillet dinner and a rainbow roll and both were excellent. So why only 3 stars? The mens bathroom in this place is disgusting. Not only was it filthy with sticky floors and worse, but the odor of the space made me glad my visit was after my meal. Guys, do yourselves a big favor and clean up the mess.

    The atmosphere was nice and the staff attentive. The food was just so so. Unfortunately I ended up in the bathroom in the middle of the night disgorging what I had eaten. The risk you take with sushi.

    Made the mistake bringing my small stomach to dinner. Filled up too quickly on too good of food and great service. I'll be back soon. Fresh fish and high quality

    This place seems to produce good quality Japanese food. We had the tofu steak which tasted grea but should have had the middle cooked more well done. The salmon poke bowl was tasty but did not contain as much of the ingredients the menu indicated. All in all I would eat there again.
