I've been to multiple locations of this chain and this one was alright. It's very hit or miss. I've had the Mac and cheese that's fresh and hot and other times it's dry and looks like it's been sitting out for hours. The spice levels are also very inconsistent. I get hot and some days its almost like a mild. The one in Sacramento is much better.

I had the combo #4 with two fried tenders, rice and cold slaw. I signed the waiver and got the spice level angry. I like spicy foods and I can handle my heat.🔥🌶️ The rice was good and fluffy, not sticky. The cold slaw is ok, I ate about half of it. The angry chicken tenders were pretty spicy, but I've had hotter foods. I'm not sure what type of pepper they use for the angry heat level. I've had ghost pepper and it's quite hot. My spice tolerance is higher than the average spice eater. The fried chicken tenders being breast meat was moist/tender and not dried out.🤙

Food was good. Staff was friendly. Chicken is spicy. In house secret sauce is a NO! That sauce isn't a secret. It's the same sauce at Cane's.

The Chicken Sandwiches are excellent the sauce is Great they also have good and fast service. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because of the eating accommodations leave much to be desired , it is very dark and dingy it could use some brightening up to make it more inviting . Price point is good and food is Great , You must try it if you have not had it I guarantee you will return

Very great food and Amazing Service. Was helped by Natalie and it was the best service, very helpful and friendly when I went with my family. Will most definitely go back due to her great service
