The service was excellent! Marina did wonderful! She was very attentive to my kids and that’s what I’m always looking for in a service! Be 100% nice to my family.

Food is decent, but you will wait FOREVER. If you are waiting for a takeout order, they have next to NO seating for waiting. It seems they go out of their way to make sure you can't sit and wait. The ambiance is very uneasy and loud. The acoustics are terrible, it seems like you have to talk over everyone just to have a conversation with someone across the table from you. I hope your experience is better than mine.

The food was very good, but we had a service issue. I am not sure if our issue was due to task overload or staff issues. I noted that unlike several years ago, the wait staff now brings out the food. However it took over 20 minutes to get a dessert menu, then another 20 minutes to be able to place our dessert order. By the time dessert arrived, we had to take it to-go in order to pick up my daughter from the Lathrop train. Needless to say, by the time we got home, the I've cream had melted, making ice cream soup over salted caramel

I visited with a large group (ladies lunch) and we had excellent service and everybody raved about the food. I am not a beer drinker but there is a large selection of beer. I love drinking water and the wait staff always filled my glass before I had to ask. The french fries were the best I've eaten in long time. I am going back and will order the soup and salad lunch because everybody raved about the selections you were able to pick from.
