First time here in 17 years. Has changed for the better. Pizza is better than before

A nice location to bring the kids for a little while, the food is not bad but it is a little pricey. The staff is friendly and helpful, the cashier made a mistake on my order and the manager on site was very nice and gave me the missing item free of charge. The games don't seem to be working most of the time with some not even dispensing tickets. I do wish there were more little rides for 3 to 5 year old kids but instead they have only a small amount. On the up side the location play pass is now has an option to use by minutes which is very nice but in a way still works like if you have credits so it balances out in the end.

Love the pricing for unlimited play. The ace could be spruced up a bit though, they have the same band from when I was a kid and they have seen some... Customer service was decent but overall the place could be cleaned more. In the two hours we were there i didn't see a single game get wiped down.

Good experience only down side is too many adults playing the games for the kids instead of the kids playing the games! Would be nice if they expanded Chuck E Cheese more space more games & less time u wait in line for a table! It's way better & cleaner than the Stockton Chuck E Cheese!

I was really surprised at the prompt service we received upon arrival. Clean place. Good food. Helpful staff. Would return for another birthday party. But it was on a Sunday night.
