Bob’s Giant burgers

My wife works in the mall, so I walk by Bob's pretty frequently, smelling and seeing the food on a regular basis. I'd been wanting to try it for a while now, and so a week and a half ago, I had that chance.
My wife and I took out our 17 year old daughter to have some personal time with her, walking, talking, shopping, and eating. They went and got their favorite while I tried Bob's Giant burgers 🍔.
I ordered the Western bacon burger, one of my favorites from one other fast food location. (Actually, it's the only one I like from that ⭐️ location.) Anyway, I wanted to see how they did it, and you know what, they did great. It was delicious! The BBQ sauce was so tasty, and the onion ring was nice and crispy on the outside and just right on the inside. The patty was big and juicy, and it came with cheese paper. (Remember those old 🧀 📃 commercials?)
The only problems I had with my order were the fries, soda, wait time, and price. I ordered my food before my family but got it almost 10 minutes after they had already sat down, and their place had a line. Then, with the fries, they were just generic. Lightly salted and crispy inside and out. Soda was watered down because of way too much ice. $22 for this, meh. 🫤
Overall, it's still a pretty good burger spot.

I'd recommend giving them a shot. I enjoyed my meal. Good burger, fries, and a Coke to go with it. If you do go, take note there is a 3.84% upcharge if you don't use cash. Was roughly $15 per person using a card. The mall has been missing a good burger place, not anymore.

100000/10 . Customer service great . Food amazing ! My coworker bought some first and it smelled soooo good all day even when she was done so I had no choice but to try ! I got the plain fries and bacon cheese burger everything on point fries could use more salt for my perfrence but they’re perfect ( the best food in the mall hands down. Burger crispy . Sauce amazing Omg so happy to find you guys !!!

Right off the bat, service was great, and food was served in a timely manner, but we did go when it was slow so I don't know how much that would it wouldn't change if it was busy, but they are well staffed.

For the food. It's not great, just good. I honestly expected it to be a bit better considering the price, but was a bit disappointed. The fries are ok, nothing special at all.

The most disappointing was the child hot dog (pic attached). The bun is at least twice the volume and I understand it's for children, but come on 🤦‍♂️.

Overall I'd really say this place is really a 3.5/5 considering the price for the quality of food.

Customer service was great as expected. Restaurant was clean and exceeded my expectations. The food was delicious. I definitely recommend trying this place out. I absolutely love their chili cheese fries. I also love their bacon, western burger another item on the menu that I definitely recommend is the Philly cheese steak sandwich. I have also visited their location in downtown Modesto and it’s just as amazing.
