huge fan of the authenticity of this place! from its welcoming atmosphere/staff to its bold flavors. 10/10. would recommend! vegetarian friendly & they’ll accommodate to your spice level, don’t be afraid to ask!! this chicken chalupa was so mf good i still dream about it. whew

Drove down from Sacramento to try em out.
And I gotta say, it was absolutely worth it. Portion sizes are MASSIVE to say the least. Every main item fills the entire container it's served in.

Service was amazing and the owners were fun to talk to. The best part, they keep it simple. 3 different protein options are given (Chicken, Paneer, and Soy) and they told me they're gonna bring Vegan cheese as an option as well.

P.S. if you like it spicy, just let em know. They will do it right!

The chicken masala burrito was a delightful explosion of flavor, striking the perfect balance of spice. The chicken masala loaded fries had an ample amount of chicken and the mango lassi was refreshing. Also, the customer service was excellent, very sweet people! If your near the vicinity, this place is a must visit!

Tried their paneer masala burrito and soya masala bowl. Amazing fusion of taste. Loved how they have good veg options along with meat. Would definitely come back for more!

We attended the Grand Opening at Sizzlin Masala as we are always curious when new businesses open up in our neighborhood. We were simply blown away by the amazing experience we had at Sizzlin' Masala! This Indian Mexican fusion food truck in Modesto is an absolute gem. The moment you step up, you're greeted by the friendliest employees who make you feel like part of their family.

We enjoyed all the food that we ordered. The Chicken Masala Quesadilla is an explosion of flavors, combining the best of both cuisines into one unforgettable dish. The Loaded Chicken Masala Fries are a perfect balance of spice and crunch that's simply addictive. The combination of tender chicken Masala with the crispy fries creates a texture and taste that's out of this world. It's the kind of dish that lingers in your memory long after you've taken the last bite.

Five stars doesn't do justice to this amazing Modesto food truck! The location is very safe and accessible, it's easy to find parking, the truck is very trendy and the prices are extremely reasonable. If you're a culinary explorer or just someone who appreciates incredibly flavorful food, this food truck is an absolute must-visit. We will definitely be going to this spot regularly. Your taste buds will thank you!
