Carnitas Del Bajío

coming from salinas I was pleasantly surprised to find such fabulous Mexican cuisine in Patterson. the beans????????I can tell they use lard and it's da bomb yo.also the carnitas tacos where on point, my lady enjoyed her asada burrito.we took beans home and enjoyed them (homemade bean and cheese burritos for days????). Only disappointing thing I have to say is that they do not serve alcohol meh.friendly staff, plenty of options including a tri-tip torta. Mi gusta

First time trying this place, went there for lunch. Got the carnitas tacos with side of beans. All of it was good! Really laid back place, with a small salsa bar. Prices are very reasonable. Unfortunately, the t.v was just too dang loud, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. Couldn't even hear the numbers being called, much less hold a conversation.

I had the Carnitas Plate #1 and I have not had carnitas this good in a long time!!! Keep up the great work!

Friendly staff, clean restaurant, decent prices & OK taste. It wasn't bad but I've had better. There aren't a lot of menu items which is a good thing- I'd rather have a restaurant concentrate on a few things than make a lot of bad/mediocre things. Will come back to judge on consistency.
