Bought: 3 tacos asada, no onions, no cilantro (yes, I know... blasphemy!)

Short Version: "Par" tacos that improved to "good" after applying lemon, for good price.

    Long Review:
Tortillas on the tacos are on the smaller side of normal, doubled up as usual, and has a corn-ier flavor.
Meat is finely chopped, and tastes alright on its own, with occasional chunks of fat blended in (which could be a plus or a minus, depending on your tastes. See picture).
Sauce on its own is alright, and moderately spicey. The portion is a dollup in the middle (see picture). I feel like the tacos with more sauce were better, so I'm inclined to suggest to the owner to slightly increase the amount on the tacos. However, it would also make them a bit spicier, so might turn off more sensitive customers.

(Keep in mind, this is without cilantro or onions)
On my first taco, I tried it unaltered and had nothing particularly positive or negative to say. It was ok, if a bit on the bland side for what I would expect.

For my second taco, I grabbed a slightly saucier one and this time generously applied lemon to it. This taco was much better, really livened it up. I still am not sure I would put it at the best of the best, but for $1.50, I was pretty happy.

For the third, I added the jalapeno into the mix, and liked the additional kick, but it had less of the lemon juice (used much on #2) and salsa, and that flavor didn't come out quite as much. Overall, about even with #2.

Two lemons would have been a good idea.

Service was part, although truck operator (owner?) acted a little odd (anxious? Confused? Suspicious?) About me taking pictures and such. Seemed ok after I explained it was for Google.

    I didn't use the radishes.

No comment on any other menu items (burritos, quesadillas, etc), because I didn't buy them.
