Starbucks

This is the only Starbucks amoung 7 or 8 I can visit in Turlock and Modesto that can get my coffee drink correct. Since the label on my cup is always correct I don't understand what the problem is. I'm becoming very frustrated with Starbucks and recently heard their prices are going up AGAIN. They're going to price themselves out of the market. I've been a customer since they opened their first store in Redwood City in the Bay Area (over 30 years ago) and have always bought the same coffee drink. I've watched their quality and service become progressively worse and their prices skyrocket over the past 15 years. They've simply become to corporate. They need some competition to make them care again about customer service and fair prices. I shouldn't have to consistently go back through drive-thru or into the store to have it remade. I've tried nicely talking to management and calling corporate only to get insincere reactions and excuses well worded by the Starbucks legal staff. Consequently, I seldom go now and only to this location and one in Redwood City I'm pretty sure will get it right.

It's great with friendly employees. We go here all the time but because of Corona, their lobby is locked and walk-ups are not allowed until further notice. Only drive up and that's with limited hours.

Came to this location during the BOGO day and it was extremely busy. Although the wait was longer than I expected, I appreciated how well the manager handled the situation and encouraged her team to work. In addition, she assured that social distancing was respected. I did not perceive any chaos and the customer service was exceptional.

Best coffee point after a long drive from San Francisco towards yosmite. There is a drive through and also sit in. Coffee snacks are available. The staff are very quick in service. There is also outdoor sitting area to relax. Abundant parking spot available
