Chipotle Mexican Grill

Chipotle staff members, at all locations, need to slow down when they're serving food. Even if you're the only customer in Chipotle, they rush you down the line. Chipotle also needs to be a little bit more generous with the food portions.

I have mixed reviews maybe this is a corporate thing so I ordered 2 steak burritos. The burritos were amazing. The people that worked there were ok. One of the lady's told me she was going to give me a sample of tofu because when she mentioned it I gave her a gross face. She said it was very good and wanted me to try it. The problem is after my order I was charged 1.50 for it. I dont mind paying for something but 1.50 for a sample I did not ask for? Then I bought a small bag a chips for 3.50 and it doesnt even come with salsa? I paid 30.00 for 2 burritos, a small bag of chips, 2 small sodas, and a small sample. Never again.

Super fast ordering! Online order was 100% correct and still hot when I arrived to pick it up. 10 out of 10!

Always a pleasant experience. The orders are on time and correct. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is always clean. The napkins, silverware and utensils are always stocked and neat. The restrooms are also always clean and stocked as well. Great place!!
