“This was my first time going to The Habit. I had heard good things about the quality of the food and wanted to give it a try. Although the building was very clean and open so that you could see the food being prepped, the quality of the food wasn’t anything special. The menu was simple but provided some variety. I ordered the basic #1 cheeseburger meal. The burger was okay and the fries weren’t anything special. The funny thing was, I found myself instantly comparing the food to In-N-Out. Similar burger patty, similar bun, similar prep. All similar but not better. The fries were completely different though. If I had to spend the money again, I would’ve driven a little further to the nearest In-N-Out for a superior product. If that wasn’t an option I would definitely visit The Habit over McDonald’s or Jack-in-the-Box.”
