Bartels Giant Burger

After having a terrible and disappointing experience with my family at "Bud's" about 15 min down the road.. we came here hoping for better serivce and food.

Well we came to the right spot!! the service was impeccable and the food was amazing. Do yourself a favor and check this place out if you haven't already!

Fast, friendly service. Great food, except the onion rings. The batter was tasteless. But the burgers 5 stars!

I don't know who was working tonight but are hamburgers where sloppy, thumb thou top of hamburger buns when given and the grease needs to be cleaned out bad and new put in. It was gross really bad. It's better when the Lady's work they have it together better. These guys where bad had nothing together not working with each other

Never was a frequent visitor here, but with Troy as the manager and Gabe as the cook, I'll definitely be bringing my family here more often!! Great guys! Delicious food!!

Still the best, freshest hamburger and fries you can get. I think I have been to all of their restaurants and they are one of a few restaurants that are consistent with great quality food.
I used to go to the one near Shasta college a lot in 2004/2005 when I went back to college after a major downsizing happened where I live and worked in Red Bluff.
The food is as good as or maybe even better than 15 years ago and it was fantastic then and still is today.
Not many places keep their food quality so consistent with so many restaurants that they own.
