As stated in my original review, AM/PM is the McDonald's or Burger King of the popular convenience store, gas station bundled markets. Nothing overly special, they maintain a certain consistency regardless of which one you visit. ONE FORGOTTEN TIP! Pay attention to the stores surroundings. If you are a local, you know the area, if you just came in from the freeway, you don't. If it looks sketchy? Move on. AM/PM locations tend to be a more off the beaten path, away from the major freeway off ramps. And can almost be called local neighborhood corner stores. Just pay attention.

If u dont care about customer service and dont mind be treated like trash and you are not welcomed inside this store, then this is the place for you! BELONG to the REWARDS program that Am/Pm has for their customers and drive to the other end of town to AVOID this store and go the one on NORTH main st. The staff is NOT helpful/ knowledgeable or very friendly AT ALL when it comes to ANY service they provide. You are treated as if they wish u hadn't even come in and you are bothering them. They want u in and out ASAP!
... OF course they deal with ALOT of homeless in this area and I cant imagine how THE EMPLOYEES are treated from the variety of customers that do come in there.
The owner is the only funny friendly one (MOST of the time!)
On the plus side
They have a large variety of different products from canned / bottled sodas beer And water to cell phone accessories. Their seems to b plenty of ready to eat snacks and a beverage bar that serves coffee/tea/soda/slushies/ milkshakes to name a few.
Large stalls for gas, and the bathroom seems to be clean ENUFF tho use at your own risk. There is a little grassy area where u can your pet ca relieve themselves just remember to clean up after them.
Getting in and out of this parking lot can be hazardous and confusing
So no matter what ALWAYS BE AWARE OF YOUR SURROUNDINGS!!!

It has been a much better store now since that guy Jose (he worked nights) does not work at this store anymore. He was very very rude. I have 3 daughters and they each came home on different days and told me how mean and rude Jose was. Not good customer service at all, he brought this store down. I do have to say the new night men (both men) are very very nice polite and great customer service. I now come back into this store because service is much better. Keep up the good work and keep Jose away..
