Passing through town and looked up "food near me" and well, of course I had to stop here being that I love food trucks and my name is also Melissa. The gal who greeted me was very friendly, warm, and welcoming, and pointed out their vegetarian options and meat options-which there are a lot of both! I ordered a chicken taco and 2 veggie tacos, extra cheese because I love cheese, and the hot salsa. May be the BEST tacos I've ever had. I eat a LOT of tacos. They were DELICIOUS!! Very filling. The presentation of it was mouth watering! 3 overloaded tacos with plenty of lime and radish on one side of the plate and a huge jalapeno on the other. I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back the next time I pass through Red Bluff!
