Casa De Castellanos

I meet with friends this restaurant from time to time! This is my favorite spot to pass a nice evening. I visit this spot regularly. The cooking is just great, the staff is polite and the price is affordable. I enjoy being in this spot to have a good supper.

I have been going to Castellanos since it first opened. The food is excellent and the people are really sweet. It is a family atmosphere and is very connected to the community.

This is my favorite restaurant in Trinity county.
The food is always good and authentic, no matter what I order.
The tables, chairs, cutlery and bathrooms are always clean.
It has a good family vibe to it and the staff are always smiling and attentive.
There is mild room for building and interior improvements, but the food, service and cleanliness are more than worth it.

Everytime I eat at this restaurant its YUM YUM & no complaints. My family and I have eaten several different dishes and WOW after many years open; its just gotten better. Always ☺!

The guy there deliverers to people, passionate in what he does. He cares bout his work on many levels. He bends the rules and do things out of his way for customers even when he shouldn't. PASSIONATE SERVICE!!I wish the other people were more motivated like he is around Hayfork they should take a few notes honestly. He did stop his services for the fair and adapted to the events of the fair. I have seen him actually deliver pizzas himself to his customers within the fair. Then moved towards the events where people were more demanding for their pizzas.
