    Bought a pound of brisket and took it home to my Texan husband, oh my! His first comment was
    ” are they from Texas? “Best brisket since leaving Texas!!
    We live in Redding, but when we are craving real Texan style BBQ, the juiciest, melt in your mouth, lick the plate, don’t need a knife, we will make that drive.
