(February 2, 2022, 4:04 am)We have been in the Visalia area for two months and have not found an authentic restaurant until now. I wish we had taken pictures of the food, we had a burger with goat cheese, fig and bacon jam, it was amazing. The hot spinach salad with salmon was great, the salmon was expertly cooked. They have a good wine and desert selection.

SAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT!
I've also come for a casual meal out as they have amazing burgers or just for the cheesecake and coffee. The staff is always sweet and we are always comfortable 🙂 -

(September 24, 2021, 12:30 am)We ate at Monets twice during our trip to Sequoia National Park in late August. The food was exceptional. The service and hospitality afforded by the staff and especially the owner were wonderful.
