    It is a beautiful store, and the iced coffee is cheaper than Mcdonalds for a large. The bagels are delicious too. But overall, the other food is kind of expensive.

    There was a young bus boy on 8/8/19 1:30 that ran over to help me. So respectful, as an elder I was very appreciative. It's not the first time that I find the staff being friendly and courteous. You hired good people at your Porterville Panera. Thank you.

    I went and got food one time and the meal was not up to par..I called and let them know..they said I could come in for a free drink and pastry. I just went and they went above and beyond! Not only did I get my free items, but I also received a discount on tonight’s meal for the inconvenience! Plus extra pickles for not getting one the first time! Very grateful! Thank you!
