“I have mixed emotions. I've been eating at Pizza factory for a long time. I use to love their spaghetti. In the last year or so it has gone down hill in my opinion. The way it's baked the cheese on top is hard to eat. I feel it's cooked too long. With understanding it needs to be cooked (if that makes sense) I wish they would find a different way to cook it. I still like the pizza bread. I like the drive-thru that I'm sure a lot of people forget about. Overall I like pizza factory I just wish the spaghetti (which I normally eat) was cooked like it was in the past. I've been eating at "pizza factory" all over California since the 90's. I remember what it tasted like before and now. Otherwise it's a good place to eat.”

“The waitress was friendly. The atmosphere is nice. They use cloth table covers and napkins. But as for the food... the bread they serve as an appetizer is plain. Reminds me of sandwich bread, definitely NOT Italian quality, the butter is in little packets when it should be served in soft blocks in ramekins. The olive oil set out is bitter, not meant for bread. The fried ravioli appetizer was poorly made. The raviolis were small, different sizes, hardly anything inside and were served with small chunks of iceberg lettuce on the plate. It was not appealing. The marinara sauce that came with it was watery and did not have much flavor. The pasta dishes (the tortellini and ziti) were good; they had very good sauces. The pasta entrees DO NOT come with soup or salad. When they ask you if you want them, just know that it's going to be extra. If you are looking for an authentic Italian experience, I'm not sure this is the place you're going to get it.”

She gave me undivided attention and kindly asked another customer to wait just one minute so i may finish ordering. Then assisted her in a fast manner to return to her following customer. She handed me my items and gave me eye to eye contact as well as wished me a wonder nite. Not many places i have been to i get that kind of customer service. I was their around 1030 left around 1042. To bad my receipt isn't with me and in my car or else I'd give this gal a shout out for excellent service.”
