the dessert tasted delicious and it was so rich i had to take it home to finish later. free refills on my drink. the strawberry lemonade tasted like it should. enjoyable experience.
What a great diner! Great homemade food choices:meatloaf, pot roast, fried chicken, and all day breakfast. The food was really good and so much it wouldn't fit on the table. The pot roast was incredibly tender, the mash potatoes were just right, the muffins served with dinner were warm. Portions were generous. My only reason for four stars, not five was the waitress. She was probably tired but she forgot about three things, miss charged us, went to change our bill and forgot to come back. Really good food though. I'd go back any time.
There was barely any wait on a busy Sunday. The staff was super friendly, and the food came out perfect. I was impressed that we got our food so soon when it was a full house.
Passing through on our way to Yosemite, we stopped in because we saw the other good reviews online, and this place is the real deal. Home-cooked, tasty and delicious, large portions, fair prices. We enjoyed the decor, very much a bear themed restaurant. The chicken and waffles were delicious. Our waitress was friendly, and efficient. Would definitely come back here again.
Went about 1030am for a leisurely breakfast with with my son who was visiting a friend in Tulare. Great service. Great price. Great food (breakfast 24/7). Coffee kept warm and full. We weren't rushed, and I was happy to leave a large tip.
