Nice clean little spot. Price was fair. Plenty of parking. Lumpia, bbq chicken and rice were excellent. Cooked perfectly and had good flavor. Lumpia had a nice and crispy texture without being overly greasy. Pacit had no meat which is good for vegetarians but was not traditional and was bland. I look forward to trying the Adobe and halo-halo next time.

Heard there was a Filipino place here in Tulare! I had to check it out for myself! I'm so glad I did, the lady was nice, and the food was delicious. The wait took a little while but its because they made it fresh! Well worth it!

Delicious food and good portions for the price. There is no indoor seating as this place is just a shack with outdoor seating. The wait for the food is rather long (my order took half an hour) since they make it fresh so I would definitely recommend calling in your order if you're on a tight schedule. Will I be coming back? Yes, but I'm calling ahead of time so that by the time I get here, my order will be ready to go.
