Today we celebrated my daughter and son inlaw. We called due to us having 13+ people. The owner had everything set up for us, our waitress did an amazing job and the food and drinks tasted as always!!!Amazing. Thank you for everything! Till next time

Rosa's is always a good time. Its Italian food that makes you feel at home and is super delicious no matter what you get. Pizza is great, all of the pasta is great, the sauces or to die for. Try the manicotti, you'll thank me later.

Had a late lunch here today. Either the server or the kitchen messed up our order. I added mushrooms and fresh spinach to my pasta dish and my husband ordered chicken and spinach added to his. I got his chicken and he got my mushrooms .. we didn't complain as we were in a bit of a rush. But good service and a nice clean restaurant.

Absolutely the best. Can't say it any better. The staff are the greatest. True family feel. The cippino is outstanding. Gnocchi is top notch. Not for the Olive garden crowd. Best Italian restaurant in Tulare county. We eat here at least twice a month now. Try the Gorgonzola ribeye with wine reduction sauce and get an appetizer of mussels in white sauce Ridiculously delicious!

Staff were excellent!!
Middle of the state, but they had perfectly gently braised scallops in their seafood pasta. The bread was the only slight disappointment, basic white in Italian loaf form, BUT sops up the remaining sauce beautifully!
Beer selection was very good and the wine list and generous pour... excellent!
Rosa's will be our new regular stop going through the Central Valley!!!
Oh! And they FedEx'd a vest I left behind to me and refused to accept payment! Too generous and over the top kindness!!!!!
