I wanted to put 4 stars but sometimes the meat is salty or they are skimpy when several tacos are on a plate. But overall the choices of meat have good flavor. Burritos are good size. The tortas are mostly bread so stick with tacos or burritos. This place does have alcohol here!!!
This place is fire way better then big name mexican for place my wife wants to take me out to a fancy dinner for my 30th bday on December 1st I told her this is where I wanna go ????
Im sitting here as i type. The tacos are tender and hot, its a tiny, uncrowded authentic taqueria where the employee gave me table service and was extremely polite and helpful. Spanish and English are both spoken fluently here, but make no mistake- the radish and salsa rojo, fresh cilantro and tender lengua (beef tongue) and tripas (beef chitlins/guts) are as authentic as you'll find anywhere in Guadalajara, but its right here just a couple miles off the 99. I highly recommend this if youre looking for California style "Southern charm and hospitality" in a way that doesnt make a traveler feel unwelcomed, or crowded.
Hours are 8am to 9 pm every day except Mondays, when theyre closed. This is being posted from the same place, at the booth just beneath where the tiny mounted t.v. sits over me, on September 2, 2017 at 11:02 a.m..
