El Jardín | Mexican Restaurant

It's a small cozy little restaurant. The young lady at the register was sweet. Very nice, patient and friendly. The owner was also here he came to the table and was very friendly he made small talk and came to make sure we were doing good and everything was tasting alright. Food was excellent. Service Outstanding.

You won't leave hungry. The portions are quite large. Chili verde wet burrito! It was amazing! The sauce was better quality than I've seen at similar places. Bacon burger was hefty too. Yum. Staff was very friendly. Nice exterior seating too. Clean. :)

Great food and service! The owner is awesome and very welcoming and thanked us for our business. That is very rare and we really appreciated his kindness!

El Jardin is a great little Mexican restaurant on the East side of Court Street, just north of Oak Street. There is a little parking lot on the side of the restaurant as well as street parking. The restaurant is pretty close to downtown Visalia and is an easy walk. This is a very casual restaurant. A good sized flat screen was airing the World Series and you seat yourself. I think that you typically order at the counter, but she took our order at our table in the evening when there was no one waiting at the counter (and there are laminated menus in addition to the menu board). This is your typical laminated tables and tile floor restaurant.

My family and I ate here for the first time after church and we loved it. We ordered a lot of food to try things and our bill was like 25 and they give you a lot of food. The owner was amazing he was kind and you can see he really cares about all his customers. He even gave my son a donut. He sang and it was amazing I highly recommend this restaurant for family. I will be coming back and telling everyone I know about it.
