How We Roll Ice Cream

Fun time! Go when you have time to wait for a fresh, made just for you treat. Jacob helped us, and was super friendly, upbeat and attentive, even with a big crowd.

I’m surprised to see some critical reviews about the time... it’s clear when you come in how many groups are ahead of you, and quite simple to deduce how long the wait will be. I’m just happy to see so many Visalians out supporting a new business! Thanks for the treat!!!

I can't really give a review on the quality of the product or the service. When we went it was so packed that we decided to leave. So if I have to guess they must be pretty good to have all those people willing to wait shoulder to shoulder. I'll try again in a few weeks.

Wait times are crazy, we were quoted 30 mins and it ended up being more like 2 hours. The ice cream is good though, definitely worth the wait if you've never tried it rolled before! Almost chewy and the toppings are nice and fresh. Customer service was great too! We'll be back when it slows down.

The cream is excellent. A refreshing way to make ice cream. It’s obviously something we needed down town for the whole family instead of another club. It’s a nice after dinner or movie treat and The ice creams Great!!

Great ice cream, did wait in line but that’s expected with fresh ice cream that’s made fresh to order. They’re still new and just getting going. Super good it was worth the wait. Staff was fun and upbeat
