I give them 3 stars reason #1 customers service especially on phone orders I call they pick up and left waiting on the line for 10 minutes , I had to hang up and call back again
Reason #2 Food quality I expect it alot better quality, more vegetables than what I order shrimp and octopus, im sorry but to me those are not authentic marisco,
Reason #3 prices are a little to high, the first time I order from chaparrito I order a campechana, it come with pretty much everything, plus a couple of oisters I pay around 24 dollars dollar with a soda, I thought maybe because of the soda and the oisters, but the second time a order a shrimp and octopus cocktail I get charge 26 dollars, that without soda and oister and in my receipt it said that I order extra octopus wich I didn't so they put extra and charge extra without me telling them and even get an I'm sorry just ok so that the last time I visit el chaparrito very disappointed, I'm not picky but I do like to get what I pay for I been to other places and so far this beem the last one I would come back

5 stars for a few reasons. Its hard to find a good mariscos places in this area. Any other places you come across your going to come across a few issues, they skimp out on the portions or they overcharge you like a mutha! This places offers deliciously well portioned, fairly priced seafood, for the area we live in. The flavors they create our really good. That is all.

Good fresh shrimp cocktail. Order pay take number and have a seat. All kinds of options of seafood. On weekends can be very busy.

Best seafood in the valley!! It's an outdoor venue type of place with live music, Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings with Mariachi on Sunday afternoons. The prices are accommodating and the portions are very generous. Their customer service is great! It's worth the wait if you're going on a Sunday, not to mention, Mariachi with live music following and the great family atmosphere..... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ????????
