Yolanda's Mexican Café

I consider Yolanda's to be the best Mexican food if you live in the Ventura county area. I think there's about five. Love the self serve salsa bar with six to eight different varieties.

Always good food. Service is always good too. On weekends it get really busy and parking can be difficult. I have eaten many things on the menu and never had a bad meal. Last night I had a bow of Abologas and it was delicious with plenty of meat balls. You can bring kids because there is a kids menu. Also have a nice outdoor patio.

Tasty food and friendly, efficient service. The food is a little less in quantity than what I expect at a Mexican place. But there's a wide selection. Interestingly, there's also a wine menu which, in my experience, is unusual, at a Mexican restaurant, though nearly all of them sell beer. The place was crowded even on a Thursday night. But it was a warm and lively atmosphere. I will definitely visit again!

Lots of good food cant complain about that. Service is a little slow. And sometimes getting food takes longer than expected.
But it's worth going here.

Very good. Crowded but comfortable. The chips/salsa were great, just how I like it. Food and service were great. Friendly hosts. Everything great except the parking. The parking was a complete Charlie Foxtrot. If I would have circled the lot one more time, I would have gotten dizzy. I dropped the others in my party off and parked in the shopping center across the street. Should have done that at the outset.
