Toppers Pizza

Great local pizza place with fantastically fresh ingredients and pizza combinations. Venue is very large and most the tables are equipped for accommodating large groups (actually almost awkward if you're just coming on a date). Beer selection is great with plenty of local brews (805, Firestone, MadeWest) and some nice domestic selections (Bell's, Founder's). Overall, a very solid place.

Toppers is the kind of pizza restaurant that I always recommend to visiting friends and family to experience before they leave. The brick oven-style baking method lends a wonderful overall texture and aroma to the cooking process that I enjoy! Excellent ingredients and options, even for my lactose-intolerant wife! Have never had a poor experience here, and the beer list makes it my go-to food haven!

Toppers was voted as the best pizza in the Ventura County. They have several locations, but I went to the location at the Gonzales street in Oxnard. The place is clean and very big, but it gets crowded during the weekend. You can see how the pizza is made, so you're guaranteed that the pizza is fresh. They have a good selection of ingredients. Also, they sell draft beer, crafted beer, and soft drinks. In addition, they have a salad bar and they have staff constantly cleaning and adding more stuff into the salad bar. I noticed they have an arcade section if you want to play video games.

Best pizza/beer in the area. And on warmer days/evenings you can sit outside where the boats are docked and watch the sun set! I highly recommend Toppers for great pizza and salad bar!

Very clean, nice place to stop in and get a salad and some pizza.. watch a ball game and just visit with a friend or your significant other ????their pizza was fresh and the crust was just like I prefer crisp and not white on the bottom. Very large dining areas throughout the restaurant. Nice service, polite.
