(June 22, 2020, 8:26 pm)I love this starbucks. Whenever i go on break they are so sweet and try to get me my drink before my 10 is over. Yesterday I was the only manager on duty and i had placed a mobile order and when i got a notification saying my drink was ready, i asked my associate if she would mind to go pick up my drink. When she got back she had told me that the worker said their system wasn’t working for mobile orders. She then asked them if they could just remake it and the worker said no. I got upset at the fact that they didn’t even bother to refund my money back!
