Starbucks

We've come to this location many a times and today was worth a review. We ordered our drinks on the app and it was a warm day (for the beach). My wife accidentally ordered a hot drink. The barista went above and beyond to make it right.
She took the hot drink and made my wife a cold beverage. Thank you!

For our normal experience:
This is a great Starbucks. It's right in a place where you want to shop. The staff has always been friendly. Can't wait to sit in here again and have a beverage.

Best Starbucks experience I’ve ever had which is very big considering I go to Starbucks all the time . Shannon and Julie at the town center location were hands down the best employees ever !!! I was already feeling so bad that I had a total of 9 drinks that I had to get since it was for my job but they were absolutely a huge help !!! I kindly asked for a bag since it was 9 drinks I had to carry by myself and I couldn’t hold the two carriers and still make it all the way to my car so Shannon asked Julie if she can please get me a box and Julie cut up a box and made sure it fit right to the height of the drinks so it wasn’t too big . Then the whole process of me putting the drinks into the box Shannon kept asking me if I was doing okay and If it was working out . I totally would’ve tipped them if I had cash on me but sadly I only had my company’s card . They definitely were a huge help and didn’t make me feel bad at all for all the drinks I had ordered like some other Starbucks have . Forever the location I go to now .

Great outdoor space to enjoy your coffee or in case the inside is crowded, orders are made quickly, I’ve never had an issue with this Starbucks

Although SB is having a rough go at it these days, I had a good experience at this store today. Order was correct and prepared in a timely manner. SBUX, you are going to have to strive to get your consistency back, and better understand the cultural impact of the SBUX effect in neighborhoods. I want to believe in you again...help a brother out!

It's Starbucks. Like McDonald's, you know what it will taste like, and you know all the high-paying jobs and profits will be sent far away.
