not a big selection of organic food. I would probably say not existent. It has some nice produce and the desserts are mediocre
Used to visit this super market regularly 2 years back.... gets most of my things (from veg to fish, chicken, groceries items, ready made food, cakes and many more) from here... quite reasonable, neat, properly kept...Very Mexican.. the service guys are very helpful.. Still trying to understand the meaning of Vallarta ????
Sells great food here and they also make delicious meals. The variety is good and lines aren't so long
take friends who don't drive to Vallarta Market, it makes them feel at home, it has the products they miss from home in Mexico and Central America. It is a cultural experience.
But I found the deli section to be the bottom of the barrel. My friends like to eat there, so I try to find something I can enjoy with them so as to not spoil the experience for them.
The rice in my burrito was so dry that I couldn't eat it. I wouldn't complain about it, so I just tossed my burrito in the trash which is something I wouldn't do unless I had absolutely no alternative.
I do like Mexican markets like this because they always have fresh baked bread rolls, Mexican bolillos and telera rolls, great for making sandwiches, as well as fresh tortillas and many other products I enjoy at excellent prices.
