Burgers and service at this spot is very good. I was so full. Staff treated us so nice. Prices were average for the menu.

I wouldn't say this place deserves 2-3 stars like the ratings are showing. I think this is tilted that way because only people with negative experiences tend to review. The food is decent. Yes, it takes a while to get as they make it right after you order it. The burgers are made fresh and they tend to have 1-2 cooks cooking 10-15 burgers at a time. The line looks short but if you see all the people sitting in the chairs in the food court, they're mostly waiting for burgers. That's really how many people you really are behind. The people who wait for Panda Express just wait in the long line. Haven't had any of the chicken tenders so I can't comment but they do pretty good with burgers and shakes. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because it is a bit of a wait and they occasionally mix up orders but other than that I have not had a bad experience here, which happens a lot in the Port Hueneme-Oxnard area.
