Good service. I ordered online and pick on drive thru and it was quick. They did not have a cookie that I ordered but kindly replace it for another cookie. Thank you !! Everything was delicious.

I'm giving 5 stars to the good people that work at this Starbucks branch. Thru all this pandemic turmoil, they have been really friendly, kind, and professional. I know it's just coffee, but customer service is still noticed.

I have to give it to this location for how well they are handling things during these strange times. All the employees wear masks and gloves and they work hard to make sure you get your drinks and food as fast as possible considering the line is always down the street. I've been here hundreds of times now and they have never gotten my order wrong once.

Very clean specially the restrooms. Great customer service and nice. Music not loud.

This is my favorite Starbucks in Simi. New and improved. Very roomy. Upgraded with a modern look. But I'm not just judging a book by its cover.

The HotSpot is filled with baristas who shine with lots of positive energy & smiles. Whether I walk in or go through the drive thru, I consistently get EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

One of their shining stars is Dena who always delivers great service with a smile and a positive attitude. Based on her recommendation I tried their double smoke bacon egg sandwich and it tasted very good. Great compliment to my dark roast coffee early in the morning.
