    2nd time I've been there. I don't live very close by.
    Last time I was here was at least over a year ago, and it is consistent with how good experience I had the first time. This time, if anything, was better. Service was excellent, and the food preparation was perfect. One thing I don't like is sitting too long waiting for my next sushi roll. This place brought everything out in a nice timely manner.
    What I like a lot about this place, is the location and the restaurant itself. It is a nice comfortable type of sushi shack practically on the sand.
    There even tables outside to enjoy your meal, and space heaters if it gets cold.
    I took of someone's advice from a prior review and tried the avocado bomb. It was delicious, see the picture below.

    Such a great find! Delicious sushi and super friendly and attentive service. Plus it’s right on the beach! We will definitely be back.

    Great sushi and beer. Small place with good music playing. There was a Group of 7 of us and we all enjoyed our meals. Hot sake was good but not great.

    Love this place it's my sushi go to on the west coast whenever I'm in Ventura I've gotta hit up the sushi house. The avacado bomb the baked mussels and just about everything else on the menu is fantastic l.
