Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We ordered to go. The bartender who helped us was incredible. Fast friendly service

The food here is pretty good, they have some pretty awesome burgers, and I would really like to have given them 5 stars. We like that they redecorated and calmed down the decor as well. But the last few times we visited the service was horrible. We were seateded and told our server would be right with us, a few minutes later another party was seated next to us. They got their drinks and order taken and we had not even been greeted by a server. We waited a while longer, watching employees walk by us as if we were not even there. So, we got up and went somewhere else. We tried to visit again. When we walked in there was no one greeting customers. We stood there waiting for about 7-8 minutes before the greeter came around to sit us, then it took another 10-15 minutes for us to meet our server, and the place was pretty dead @ the time. So, as far as food, its pretty good. As far as service, it could use some improvement.

I took my 93 year-old aunt and my 89 year-old amp to red Robin for a birthday celebration. The food was excellent and we enjoyed herself immensely. A free Sunday was presented to my aunt which pleased her. Your soft serve ice cream is outstanding, very creamy. We all loved our experience. Thank you

Clean restaurant, interactive hostess and server, and quick cooks. Great service overall! I don't have a picture of my order but just imagine a delicious burger on a mountain of endless crispy steak fries. ????
