    Had the carnita plate. Now I am sort of a carnita connoisseur and these carnitas were a bit dry. If you want excellent carnitas then head to Carnitas El Rey in Oxnard. But all and all it was a fundraiser for the Vietnan Veterans of Ventura County.

    One of our favorite go-to spots on the weekend when we drive out to the coast from Santa Clarita. It's become almost mandatory. Nothing really eclectic here, just really well-prepared Mexican dishes at really reasonable prices, and we've never had anything that wasn't done just right. For the money, I enjoy the carne asada combo, but their carnitas, tacos, enchiladas and especially the seafood are incredibly good. Also suitable for families. I would add that their salsa bar is one of the best - they have some fantastic gourmet salsas. Urgently recommended.

    Happy hour sampler. 6$ had to get a to go box. Quick service great staff. Highly recommend it!
