    Excellent location for delicious American food. Two thumbs up for this place. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They have so many reviews for a reason.

    Austin's was fabulous. Great service and staff. Amazing food. I loved the small menu. I enjoyed the rib eye steak and mashed potatoes. A side order of potato skins. They were delicious. A great place to enjoy a quite meal with a beautiful view of the ocean. Thank you guys for a great dinner. You guys rock.

    Four stars for the views. Food is better than average. A hidden gem that was renovated but I'm not clear on who or how they are marketing the establishment?

    Very nicely prepared and presented food. I am very cost conscious and feel that I received good value for a wonderful lunch here. Even a simple hamburger on brioche was obviously top quality. Great selection of salads, blackened salmon tacos, and many tempting sandwiches. Beautiful ocean view and elegant setting. I plan to return often.
