Lalo's Ristorante Italiano

The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Even their To Go containers were nice! We tried the Pollo Arrabiata, Rigatoni all Vodka, and Bruchetta alla Romana. Everything was so flavorful. This is our new favorite Italian restaurant in Ventura. We'll definitely be back!

We had seen them advertise for the Grand Opening and due to Covid we had to wait. It was well worth it! Stopped by a few days ago and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing food. I normally never order the spagetti and meatballs but the sauce and meatballs were so fresh and delicious. The filet mignon...Highly recommend! Cooked to perfection and the presentation of the meals are wonderful. Agree to another, bread offered should be re-thought of since everthing else is amazing. Thank you Christina, you and you family made the evening great and good luck with your studies!

Enjoyed the Linguine with Clams and the Eggplant Parmigiana. The linguini sauce was nice and garlicky, and the dish came with four large clams in the shell with smaller clam meat in the dish. The eggplant was tasty and the sauce simple but good. The bread was a disappointment, it was dry and crumbly. The staff was friendly and attentive. Lalo's Italiano is a pleasant, reasonably priced restaurant. It's nice to have a local italian restaurant.

Excellent food! So happy the food did not disappoint. Show them some love cause we'd hate to see them close.
