    Really nice. Comfortable. Outstanding service.
    Oh, and good food too.

    Stopped by Canyon Cafe after realizing that .ost of the other restaurants had closed or were getting ready to close.

    Waiting about 30 minutes for a table. Once the table was ready I was prompted seated. When the waitress arrived, I placed an order for the Ribeye steak dinner with a side of country potatoes, mashed potatoes, and ordered a drink from the bar through her. I was hoping that the drink would arrive first before the food, but it didn't work out that way.

    The steak was alright, but was slightly underseasoned. Luckily they dropped off some A1 sauce and salt was readily available at the table.

    For dessert I tried their Chocolate Lava Cake with Ice Cream. Sadly by the time that it made it to my table, the cake was hardly lukewarm and no where near what I was expecting since the cake was described to have a "molten" center.

    Overall Canyon Cafe is okay if you're looking for simple comfort foods or when most of the other restaurants in the casino are closed.
