I had been driving for about 6 hours, it was incredible! I ended up ordering a burger and substituted it for chicken which of course was exceptional. I consumed a few cups of coffee in my time. It made me forget about the 600 miles of rain I ran into. Food is one thing but my service was perfect. I wasn’t bothered numerous times and I was approached just enough. Manners were a perfect 10! The restaurant was of course very clean and new! Great job everyone

Wonderful service! Delicious food! We parked at Pilot and walked over. The dinning area was clean.

I understand that different chefs have different ways of cooking, but the quantity should be the same in the restaurant. We ordered chicken wings without sauce in the morning, and it came in 8 pieces. When we came back the same day at night and ordered chicken wings again, it came in 7 pieces. Also, the server at night should be improved. When it is not busy, please get customers' drink refilled instead chatting/helping in kitchen if you want a good tip.
