KFC

I've been there 3 times in the last two weeks n I ordered a Apple Crumble Sundae that they are advertising n everytime they always say we don't have any apples what the hell. You think if their promoting something new they would at least have the ingredients they need.

Whoever Brandi is is the best at customer service I have never seen a better KFC and it is a restaurant that I frequent across the states. Good job Brandi I will definitely log this in my Time line

Good food, but service was lacking. This particular day was supposed to be "Buy 1 Papa Burger, Fries, and Soda, and get the second one free" special. I ordered two Papa burgers for our meal, and some cheese curds for my son. When the drive up attendant told me my total, I thought it rather high, but paid it anyway. She asked us to pull around front, and wait for our order. About 10 minutes later, she finally came out with two orders: one for us, and one for another customer. She handed the other customer their order, then went back inside. I had to go in and chase her down to get my order. I didn't realize that I hadn't received the special and was overcharged until I got back to work. By then, it was too late. She was obviously new at the window, but I was displeased not to receive the special.

The quality and care of the food at this location has gotten a lot better. We stopped eating here because the food just wasn't good in the past few years. It tasted like no one cared when they prepared it. We went here today on a whim and we were surprised that the food was hot and actually tasted the best that KFC could taste. We had to wait a little longer for the food but surprisingly it was actually worth the wait.
