“The food is sooo good, but I am rating purely on the fact I waited 30 minutes for my food the first time I went there and I was the third person in line from the moment they opened up. The second time I waited almost 45 minutes which was tonight. After 30 I Finally went up to ask what was taking so long and they had no order ticket for me. They were nice and gave me extra fries, and a gift certificate for a burger on my next visit. I understand they are new and working out kinks so I will definitely give them another try but not for awhile.”

“I went to this location a couple of weeks ago, and will gladly update my review if I see different service next time. Unfortunately, when I went with a co-worker, the poor girl at the register seemed brand new and was not ready to be alone at the counter! While she was very friendly, I felt like she should have had support because she didn't know how to enter items or find the items I was ordering. Luckily, although I can't see the screen, I was able to walk her through how to enter my order, since no one else was stepping in to help. The food was great, and service friendly enough. But, that particular employee definitely could have used some help.”
