OYA Mediterranean Restaurant

Staff was very friendly and attentive. Food was out quick and was absolutely delicious. The salmon kebabs were perfectly cooked, the dolmas were bright and flavorful, and the beef and lamb wraps were phenomenal. Their tzatziki was some of the most refreshing I've had. The baklava was EASILY the best baklava I've ever had. I can't wait to come here again.

Clean surroundings and the atmosphere was nice with videos showing Turkey 🇹🇷 and cultural music 🎶 sitting next to Ellis Lake. Thank you for a Great Lunch! The hospitality was amazing, I’ve never seen or felt anything like it! The atmosphere is absolutely welcoming and I will definitely be returning. The food is authentic and the taste is like no other. My father is a veteran who was stationed in Turkey and hearing the genuine Turkish conversations was an experience like no other. The owner came to chat with us several times and made us feel very welcome and comfortable, and you can tell he is genuine with everything he does. I made sure to tip because is was well more than earned. I loved it so much, I didn’t want to leave!

It is nice to have a Mediterranean restaurant in our local area. We ate outside on their patio overlooking Ellis Lake. It was a very enjoyable atmosphere. The food was excellent! The service was also excellent. Prices are about what I would expect to pay. At the end of our meal, we ordered baklava to go. The owner came out and offered us another desert and a free tea. I believe they were our of baklava and the desert the owner offered took a little bit of time to make, so offering free tea was an excellent way to keep us occupied while they made our dessert. We had never had Turkish tea before and we enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back!

Tasty menu with some unique entrees that are a recommended experience. The owner is warm and friendly.

I’ve travelled to Turkey(a wonderful experience in itself), the atmosphere and food is very much like Turkey, including waiters where English is a second language. Very authentic’

Just remember to point at what you want to order. If you can go when the owner is there, you will enjoy his warm personality…. and he speaks fluent English.
