“The day staff is great!! Especially the young Latino guy (I believe his name is Giovanni) but there is 1-2 guys who work overnight that always close the doors from about 1:30 am until like 3 am every night they work. It's frustrating because it's the closest store to me and should be a quick run to a 24 hour store but it's always closed during these times. So I waited for about 20 mins tonight and the guy comes out the back to let a woman in but when I went to the door he told me they're closed until 2:40 am for inventory and the woman was an employee. This is the main guy who closes every night he works and usually when they're closed these guys come out the bathroom (this is not the first time I waited to see how long they took to open back up). I used to work at an ampm and I worked the overnight shift and I know it was not allowed to close because we were a 24 hour location.”

“Pretty busy on St. Patrick's Day. The service was quick and good. Martina was very friendly. I had the chicken fried steak and it was made fresh. The steak was a bit too chewy but it was flavorful. Be ready to wait 10-15mins to get to the counter. & They usually have a machine or two that's broken at any given time, but that's on the owner, not the workers. Nice people, though. Beware their breakfast sandwiches, there's Pablano peppers in the eggs (not sure why, that's a highly uncommon ingredient to put in eggs) which are *spicy. Found out the hard way & I can't eat spicy food. I didn't know the pablano on the label meant spicy peppers, I thought it was a type of cheese or spread. Since I've never had them before, I didn't know. Packaging should say "Spicy!" on the label somewhere.”

Nothing overly special, they maintain a certain consistency regardless of which one you visit. ONE FORGOTTEN TIP! Pay attention to the stores surroundings. If you are a local, you know the area, if you just came in from the freeway, you don't. If it looks sketchy? Move on. AM/PM locations tend to be a more off the beaten path, away from the major freeway off ramps. And can almost be called local neighborhood corner stores. Just pay attention.”
