Ursula Brewery

I cannot be certain, but this place is a lot different than it was when I first visited two and a half years ago. I recall it being a very characterless place. Now it is all live edge tables and benches. A nice change. I spoke with one of the beertenders though and I think maybe it is my faulty (perhaps inebriated) recollection more than reality. The beers were also better than I recall. It is nice to see a place focusing on porters rather than stouts.

The beer here is interesting (NEIPAs, Porters, and Pastry Stouts) but parking and less than enthusiastic staff make this a one and done for me. Beer to go in cans tasted slightly more metallic than usual.

I love this place. The surrounding food joints are legit, and the beer is amazing. The “Bully Stole My Lunch” is one of my favorite porters ever. Tastes just like a Welch’s grape and PB sandwich, not heavy or overbearing either. Kudos guys, always love waiting out traffic here!

Laid back student haunt with many tasty brews done right in house. Great atmosphere and excellent quality of beer and food! Highly recommend you stop by if you're on campus.
